Phần mềm và cấu hình ScreenBeam cần thiết files

• Hệ thống quản lý trung tâm (CMSE)
• Phần mềm SB1000G2
• Phần mở rộng Orchestrate (O8)
• Pull from ScreenBeam upgrade server with MDM
• Orchestrate Windows Assistant (dành cho Windows)
• Tập lệnh PowerShell để cấu hình sổ đăng ký (dành cho Windows)

Yêu cầu hệ thống

• HĐH: Windows 10/11 Pro/Edu/Ent (64-bit) trở lên hoặc Chrome OS 81.0.4044.103 trở lên
• CPU (giáo viên): Intel Core i5 thế hệ thứ 10 hoặc AMD tương đương/tốt hơn
• CPU (sinh viên): Intel Core i3 thế hệ thứ 10 hoặc AMD tương đương/tốt hơn
• Wi-Fi: Dòng Intel WiFi6 AX hoặc tốt hơn
• BỘ NHỚ: Giáo viên – 8GB (hoặc hơn), Học sinh – 4GB (hoặc hơn)
• HDD: 64GB (hoặc hơn)

Ghi chú: CMSE is optional but is recommended if managing multiple ScreenBeam receivers

Quy trình triển khai qua MDM

Chuẩn bị bộ thu ScreenBeam

1. Cập nhật chương trình cơ sở của bộ thu SB1000EDUG2 lên phiên bản 11.2.19.0 hoặc mới hơn
2. Log into the receiver’s Local Management Page, Features tab and enable Orchestrate Lite

Dành cho thiết bị Windows (Intune hoặc MDM khác)
Lưu ý: Cần có chính sách cài đặt tiện ích mở rộng riêng cho giáo viên và học sinh

1. Register Orchestrate Windows Assistant app with your AAD tenant
2. Using your MDM, create policies to install the O8 Windows Assistant app with the appropriate Command-Line arguments for your configuration.

• CHẾ ĐỘ_LITE
  • Tùy chọn: KHÔNG (mặc định), CÓ (phải được đặt thành CÓ)
    • KHÔNG – Chế độ Orchestrate Lite sẽ không được bật
    • CÓ – Chế độ Orchestrate Lite sẽ được bật
• TRÌNH DUYỆT EXT
  • Mục tiêu web trình duyệt để cài đặt tiện ích mở rộng Orchestrate
    • EDGE – Microsoft Edge
    • CHROME – Google Chrome
• VAI TRÒ
  • Tùy chọn: GIÁO VIÊN (mặc định), HỌC SINH
    • GIÁO VIÊN – Thiết bị mục tiêu sẽ được thiết lập để sử dụng như một giáo viên
    • SINH VIÊN – Thiết bị mục tiêu sẽ được thiết lập để sử dụng như một sinh viên

Ví dụample, chuỗi sau đây sẽ được sử dụng để bật chế độ Orchestrate Lite, thiết lập các thiết bị mục tiêu được sử dụng làm Học sinh, cài đặt tiện ích mở rộng vào Microsoft Edge và ghim tiện ích mở rộng vào thanh công cụ. Lưu ý rằng mỗi tùy chọn được phân tách bằng một khoảng trắng và thứ tự không quan trọng.

Dành cho thiết bị ChromeOS (Google Workspace)

Configuring Google Admin
Truy cập máy khách API

1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Security > Access and Data control > API Controls > Domain wide delegation >
   Manage Domain Wide Delegation. Or click liên kết này.
   
3. Nhấp vào Thêm mới và hộp Thêm ID khách hàng mới sẽ xuất hiện.
   
4. Nhập ID máy khách vào trường ID máy khách. ID máy khách này do nhà phát triển ứng dụng/phần mềm cung cấp.
   ID máy khách cho tiện ích mở rộng Orchestrate:

5. Sao chép và dán phạm vi OAuth
   ● email, profile, mở id, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/classroom.courses.readonly,
   https://www.googleapis.com/auth/classroom.rosters.readonly
6. Nhấp vào Ủy quyền. Máy khách API được ủy quyền truy cập dữ liệu của người dùng.
   

Quản lý người dùng trong Google Admin
Để thêm người dùng mới, hãy làm theo quy trình sau:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Users. Or click liên kết này.
3. Click Add new user and the Thêm người dùng mới box appears. Fill in the required fields and click THÊM NGƯỜI DÙNG MỚI để thêm người dùng mới.

Để quản lý các đơn vị tổ chức, hãy làm theo quy trình này:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Users > Manage Organizational Units. Or click liên kết này.
3. Click the yellow + sign to add a new unit or select a unit name and add a subsidiary unit (the +msign), move this unit (the right arrow), edit, or delete the unit.

Để thay đổi người dùng sang đơn vị khác, hãy làm theo quy trình sau:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Users. Or click liên kết này.
3. Select one or more users, then select More > Change organizational unit.

Quản lý tiện ích mở rộng Orchestrate và ứng dụng Chrome
To add extension and app to Google Admin, follow this procedure:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Devices > Chrome > Apps & extensions. Or click liên kết này.
3. Select an organizational unit on the left pane.
4. Click the yellow + sign at the bottom right corner and then select the Add Chrome app or Extension by ID lựa chọn

5. Hộp thoại Thêm ứng dụng hoặc tiện ích mở rộng Chrome theo ID sẽ xuất hiện. Nhập ID của tiện ích mở rộng Orchestrate vào hộp ID tiện ích mở rộng, sau đó chọn Từ tùy chỉnh. URL và nhập tùy chỉnh URL. Nhấp vào Lưu.

6. Add the Policy for the Extension (ID – bdgflbkkgedengcnmmbijghkpdpdlkfb)
This configures the Extension to use the Classroom Commander Server as both the source for rostering information and for class session discovery.
Select the extension and the Extension setup panel appears on the right. Copy and paste the below JSON configuration then click Cứu ở phía trên bên phải.
