SKYWALK support FAQ

Những câu hỏi thường gặp về hướng dẫn sử dụng, đăng ký và hỗ trợ cho thương hiệu này.

  • What is the SKYWALK 2+2 Guarantee?

The SKYWALK 2+2 Guarantee provides coverage for material or workmanship defects and applies to all LTF/EN authorized, privately used equipment beyond the minimum required by law. The guarantee is valid for 2 years after the original date of purchase.

  • How do I inflate the SKYWALK PERMAIR protector?

The protector can be safely inflated using the included Inflation Bag, the PERMAIR mouthpiece, or the PERMAIR pump. When using the inflation bag, ensure there are no sharp objects on the ground, connect the valve, and roll the top of the bag until the protector achieves full pressure.

  • Where can I find the factory inspection date on my SKYWALK harness?

The type certificate and the date of the factory inspection can usually be found in the upper part of the V-line channel (accessible via a zipper/velcro) or in a small dedicated pocket on the main harness shell.

  • What is SKYWALK's JET FLAP technology?

JET FLAP is a patented SKYWALK technology that directs air from the paraglider's lower surface (pressure area) to the upper surface (suction area) through jet-shaped channels. This delays airflow separation, lowers the minimum flyable speed, and gives the pilot a larger angle of attack reserve for increased safety during takeoff and landing.
