4. Thiết lập và Cài đặt

Proper installation is crucial for the optimal performance and longevity of your Albott Mini Split Air Conditioner. Please follow these steps carefully. For a visual guide, refer to the installation video provided below.

4.1. Chuẩn bị

• Dụng cụ và vật liệu cần thiết: Hole saw, multimeter, pipe cutter, hex wrenches, refrigerant, torque wrench, adjustable wrench, tape measure, safety belt, flaring tool, bracket, level, Phillips screwdriver, electroprobe, vacuum pump, pliers, copper tube.
• Check the Installation Environment: Ensure there is no heat source or steam source, no obstructions around the inlet and outlet of indoor and outdoor units, and no flammable, explosive, or corrosive gases.

4.2. Lắp đặt dàn lạnh

• Chọn vị trí cài đặt: The wall for the indoor unit should be hard, flat, and firm to avoid vibration and noise. Ensure adequate clearance: >15cm to ceiling, >20cm to obstacles on sides, and 230-260cm from the floor.
• Fix Mounting Plate: Put the plate on the wall and use a level to make it horizontal. Select the position of screws on the plate, no less than 5 screws. Punch holes in the wall and use expansion screw kits to firmly fix the plate to the wall. Do not use nails.
• Khoan lỗ tường: After determining where the pipe will go through the wall, drill holes. When drilling, avoid wires, plumbing, gas, and other sensitive components. The wall hole should be inclined outward by 5-10°, with a diameter of 60-80mm. Use an anti-dust bag to avoid dust.

Aim at the pipe center, tighten the taper nut with fingers, then tighten the taper nut with 2 wrenches. It's better to use a torque wrench to tighten the taper nut; refer to the provided torque table for required values based on pipe size.

4.3. Lắp đặt dàn nóng

• Chọn vị trí cài đặt: Outdoor unit must be installed in a firm and flat place to prevent vibration and noise. Ensure adequate clearance: >20cm to top obstruction, >30cm to side obstructions, >10cm air in side, >200cm air out side.
• Lắp đặt giá đỡ dàn nóng: If installing the air conditioner in a higher place, the operator should wear a safety belt and helmet. Use a level to ensure the bracket is horizontal and vertical. Use at least 6 expansion bolts to make sure brackets are fixed firmly on the wall.
• Fix Outdoor Unit: Sử dụng 4 ốc vít để cố định chân đế của dàn nóng.
• Kết nối đường ống dẫn môi chất lạnh: Remove the nut from stop valves. Aim at the pipe center of the stop valve, tighten the taper nut with fingers, then tighten the taper nut with 2 wrenches. It's better to use a torque wrench to tighten the taper nut; refer to the provided torque table for required values based on pipe size. Screw 2 caps.
• Hút bụi: Before vacuuming, check all the nuts of the indoor and outdoor unit are tightened. Turn on handle Lo to vacuumize. Vacuumize for at least 15 minutes, make sure the value on the pressure gauge is ≤0.1MPa. Keep pressure for 3-5 minutes after vacuumizing, make sure pressure springback ≤0.05MPa. Open 1/4 liquid valve, and remove charging hose. Open all the liquid valves and gas valves. Screw all the caps and tighten up.
• Fix Cables: Remove electrical box cover. Fix cables to the terminal board according to the wiring diagram on the E-parts cover. Note: Must follow the wiring diagram inside the box cover. Use a clamp to fix cables. Put electrical box cover back.
