It features a large 1/1.8-inch Sony STARVIS sensor, AI-powered functionalities like auto-framing and auto-tracking, Picture-in-Picture mode, and versatile connectivity options.

2. Thiết lập

Kết nối webcam to your computer using the provided USB 3.0 cable. The USB port supports uncompressed video up to 1080p at 60fps. For uncompressed 4K video, utilize the HDMI output port and connect it to a compatible capture card (sold separately).

3.1.2 AI-Powered Auto Framing and Tracking
The intelligent AI enables automatic framing and tracking functions. Auto-framing keeps all participants centered in the frame, while auto-tracking follows a single speaker as they move, ensuring they remain in focus.

Press the mode button on the remote to cycle through the three preset image modes: Streaming Mode, Low Light Mode, and Meeting Mode. The webcam's onboard flash memory will retain any custom settings made within each mode.
3.2.2 Auto Framing/Tracking & AI Sensitivity
Press the auto-framing/tracking button to activate or deactivate these AI features. When active, you can adjust the AI sensitivity (Low, Medium, High) by pressing the preset/AI sensitivity button. Higher sensitivity allows for quicker adjustments to movement.
3.2.3 Zoom, Pan, and Tilt
Use the dedicated zoom buttons (+/-) to digitally zoom in or out. The arrow buttons allow you to pan (move horizontally) and tilt (move vertically) the camera's view, especially useful when zoomed in.

Press the menu button to access the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu. Use the arrow buttons to navigate through options like Exposure, Color, Image, Noise Reduction, and HDMI Video Format. The Home button selects options, and the Menu button returns to the previous screen.

The facial enhancement feature can be toggled on/off via the remote. This setting improves qualities like exposure, contrast, or saturation to optimize your appearance, particularly in challenging lighting conditions.
3.2.6 Backlight Compensation (BLC)
Press the BLC button to activate or deactivate backlight compensation, which helps balance lighting when a strong light source is behind the subject.

5.1 Software Settings Not Working

5.2 Excessive Noise in Video
If your video appears noisy or grainy, especially in low-light conditions, adjust the Noise Reduction settings in the OSD menu. The NexiGo Iris offers 2D and 3D Noise Reduction options to improve image clarity.
