4. Thiết lập

  1. Remove the printer from its packaging and remove all protective tapes and packing materials.

  1. Open the ink cartridge access door. The carriage will move to the center.

  • HP+ Activation: This printer is HP+ enabled. To activate HP+ benefits, including an additional year of HP warranty and Instant Ink offers, you must create an HP account, maintain a continuous internet connection, and exclusively use original HP ink cartridges for the life of the printer.

5. Hướng dẫn vận hành

5.1. In ấn

  • Từ máy tính: Select 'Print' from your application, choose the HP Envy 6430e, and adjust settings as needed (e.g., paper size, color, duplex).

5.2. Quét

  • Using the HP Smart App: Open the HP Smart app, select 'Scan', and follow the prompts to scan documents or photos from the printer's flatbed scanner.
  • Placing Documents: Lift the scanner lid and place the document face down on the scanner glass, aligning it with the guide.

5.3. Sao chép

When an ink cartridge is low or empty, the printer will notify you. Replace cartridges with original HP 305 Black, HP 305 Tricolor, HP 305XL Black, or HP 305XL Tricolor cartridges.

7.1. Printer Not Responding

  • Check power connections and ensure the printer is turned on.

  • Ensure the printer is selected as the default printer on your device.
