This manual provides essential instructions for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Ricoh SG 3210DNw Color Inkjet Printer. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the printer to ensure correct operation and to prevent damage.

2. Thiết lập
2.1 Tháo dỡ

- For Wi-Fi connection: Navigate to the network settings, select your Wi-Fi network, and enter the password.
- For Ethernet connection: Connect an Ethernet cable from the printer to your network router/switch. The printer should automatically obtain an IP address.
- For USB connection: Connect a USB 2.0 cable from the printer to your computer.

The Ricoh SG 3210DNw supports automatic duplex (two-sided) printing. To enable this feature, select the duplex printing option in your printer driver settings before sending the print job.

- When an ink cartridge is low or empty, a message will appear on the printer's display or your computer.
- Open the ink cartridge access cover.
- Press the tab on the empty cartridge to release it, then pull it out.
- Unpack a new Ricoh-compatible ink cartridge, remove protective seals, and insert it into the correct slot until it clicks.
- Close the access cover. The printer will perform an initialization cycle.
