6.1 Thực hiện một phép đo

2. Step onto the scale barefoot, ensuring your feet are centered on the electrodes (the metallic pads).
3. Stand still until your weight is displayed and stabilizes. The scale will then proceed to measure other body parameters.
4. If the app is open and connected, your data will automatically transfer to your profile.
5. Step off the scale. It will automatically turn off after a few seconds of inactivity.

6.2 Switching Weight Units (Kg/Lb)

The scale has a button, usually on the underside, to switch between kilograms (Kg) and pounds (Lb). Press this button to toggle your preferred unit of measurement.
