Kết nối với PC

1. For PCs with a single 3.5mm audio jack (combined headphone/microphone), plug the headset's 3.5mm connector directly into the port.
2. For PCs with separate audio (green) and microphone (pink) ports, use the included PC Extension Cable. Connect the headset's 3.5mm jack to the female end of the extension cable, then plug the green and pink connectors of the extension cable into the corresponding ports on your PC.
3. Adjust sound settings in your operating system to ensure the headset is selected as the default audio input and output device.

Connecting to Consoles (Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch)

• Xbox Một: Plug the headset's 3.5mm jack directly into the 3.5mm port on your Xbox One controller. For older controllers without a 3.5mm port, an Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter (sold separately) is required.
• PS4 / PS4 Pro: Plug the headset's 3.5mm jack into the 3.5mm port on your PS4 controller. After connecting, go to Cài đặt> Thiết bị> Thiết bị âm thanh and set "Output to Headphones" to "All Audio".

Kiểm soát âm lượng

The NUBWO N2 headset features a rotary volume adjuster located on the left ear cup. Rotate the wheel upwards to increase volume and downwards to decrease volume.

Sử dụng micrô

The flexible microphone boom can be adjusted to your preferred position. To mute or unmute the microphone, use the switch located on the microphone itself. Ensure the mic cover is properly placed for optimal voice clarity and to reduce plosive sounds.

Xử lý sự cố

Không có âm thanh hoặc âm lượng thấp:

• Ensure the headset's volume control is turned up.
• Check your device's volume settings and ensure the headset is selected as the output device.
• Verify that the 3.5mm jack is fully inserted into the port.
• If using the PC Extension Cable, ensure all connections are secure.
