This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Scheppach SG2000 Inverter Power Generator. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the generator to ensure proper use and to prevent injury or damage.

The Scheppach SG2000 is a compact and portable inverter generator designed to deliver stable electrical power. Its inverter technology produces a clean sine wave, making it safe for sensitive electronic devices such as computers, televisions, and smartphones. It is suitable for various applications including camping, outdoor events, and as an emergency power source.

• Nguy hiểm Carbon Monoxide: Generators produce carbon monoxide, a colorless, odorless, poisonous gas. Operate the generator outdoors only, far away from windows, doors, and vents. Never operate indoors, in a garage, or in any enclosed space.
• Nguy cơ cháy nổ: Gasoline is highly flammable. Refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine off and cool. Do not smoke or allow open flames near the generator or fuel. Store fuel in approved containers.

Familiarize yourself with the main components of your SG2000 generator:

4. Thiết lập

Trước khi sử dụng lần đầu, hãy thực hiện các bước sau:

2. Thêm dầu động cơ: The generator is shipped without engine oil. Remove the oil filler cap/dipstick and add the recommended amount of 4-stroke engine oil (refer to specifications for type and capacity). Do not overfill. Securely replace the cap.
3. Thêm nhiên liệu: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline. Do not use old or contaminated fuel. Do not overfill the tank; leave space for fuel expansion. Ensure the fuel cap is securely tightened.
4. Vị trí: Place the generator on a firm, level surface outdoors, in a well-ventilated area, away from combustible materials and at least 1 meter (3 feet) from buildings or other equipment.

5. Hướng dẫn vận hành

5.1 Khởi động động cơ

1. Hãy đảm bảo máy phát điện được đặt trên bề mặt bằng phẳng và tất cả các thiết bị điện đều đã được ngắt kết nối.
2. Vặn van nhiên liệu sang vị trí "BẬT".

5. Grasp the recoil starter handle firmly and pull it slowly until resistance is felt, then pull quickly and smoothly. Repeat until the engine starts.
6. Khi động cơ khởi động, hãy từ từ di chuyển cần ga đến vị trí "CHẠY".

5.2 Kết nối các thiết bị điện

• Hãy để động cơ chạy trong vài phút để ổn định.
• Plug in your electrical devices to the 230V AC outlets or use the 12V DC outlet for battery charging.
• Không được vượt quá công suất định mức của máy phát điện.tage (1600W continuous, 2000W peak). Overloading will activate the overload protection, shutting off power to the outlets.

5.3 Dừng động cơ

1. Ngắt kết nối toàn bộ tải điện khỏi máy phát điện.
2. Cho phép động cơ chạy không tải trong vài phút để làm nguội.
3. Vặn công tắc động cơ về vị trí "TẮT".
4. Vặn van nhiên liệu về vị trí "TẮT".

6. Bảo trì

Bảo trì thường xuyên đảm bảo hiệu suất tối ưu và kéo dài tuổi thọ của máy phát điện. Luôn tiến hành bảo trì khi động cơ đã tắt và nguội.

• Dầu động cơ: Kiểm tra mức dầu trước mỗi lần sử dụng. Thay dầu sau 20 giờ vận hành đầu tiên, sau đó cứ 50-100 giờ hoặc hàng năm.
• Bộ lọc khí: Clean the air filter every 50 hours or more frequently in dusty conditions. Replace if damaged.
• Bugi: Kiểm tra bugi sau mỗi 100 giờ hoạt động hoặc hàng năm. Vệ sinh hoặc thay thế khi cần thiết.
• Hệ thống nhiên liệu: Drain the fuel tank and carburetor if storing the generator for more than 30 days to prevent fuel degradation.
