4. Thiết lập

4. Plug the large end of the AC adapter into an electrical outlet not controlled by a wall switch.

Place each cordless handset into its respective charging cradle. The CHARGE light on the handset will illuminate, indicating proper charging. Allow at least 16 hours for the batteries to fully charge before initial use.

4.4. Cài đặt ngày và giờ

After the handsets are charged, the display will prompt you to set the date and time. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure these settings for accurate Caller ID records and answering system timestamps.

5. Hoạt động

5.1. Thực hiện và nhận cuộc gọi

• Gọi điện thoại: Nhấn TALK / FLASH or NGƯỜI NÓISau đó bấm số điện thoại.
• Để trả lời cuộc gọi: Nhấn TALK / FLASH or NGƯỜI NÓI khi điện thoại đổ chuông.
• Để kết thúc cuộc gọi: Nhấn TẮT/HỦY or place the handset back in the charging cradle.

5.2. Loa ngoài

The handset features a full-duplex speakerphone for hands-free conversations. Press the NGƯỜI NÓI Nhấn nút này trong khi gọi để kích hoạt hoặc tắt loa ngoài.

5.3. Caller ID and Call Waiting

The system displays the name, number, time, and date of incoming calls. If you subscribe to Call Waiting service, the phone will alert you to a second incoming call. Press ĐÈN FLASH để chuyển đổi giữa các cuộc gọi.

The base unit features a digital answering system with up to 14 minutes of recording time. You can listen to messages from the base unit or any cordless handset.

5.5. Hệ thống liên lạc nội bộ

Use the intercom feature to communicate between handsets. Press TỔNG QUAN on a handset, then dial the number of the desired handset.

Silence the ringer on the handset and base unit for a specified period. This is useful for uninterrupted sleep or meetings. Access Quiet Mode settings through the handset menu.

Store up to 50 names and numbers in the phonebook for quick dialing. Access the phonebook via the handset menu.
