The T25X stapler features an easy-to-use bottom-load mechanism. Only use genuine Arrow T25 staples for optimal performance and to prevent jamming.
- Locate the staple loading latch at the bottom rear of the stapler.
- Press the latch to release the staple pusher rod.
- Insert a strip of Arrow T25 staples into the channel, ensuring the staple points face forward.
- Push the rod back into place until it locks securely.

The Arrow T25X is designed exclusively for use with genuine Arrow T25 staples. These staples are available in three sizes:
- 3/8-Inch (10mm) - #256
- 7/16-Inch (11mm) - #257
- 9/16-Inch (14mm) - #259
Ensure the chosen staple size is appropriate for the material and wire diameter (up to 1/4-inch) you are fastening.

Hoạt động
Quy trình khâu bấm kim:
- Load the appropriate Arrow T25 staples as described in the Setup section.
- Position the stapler over the wire and the surface where you intend to fasten it. Ensure the wire is seated within the grooved wire guide at the front of the stapler.
- Press the stapler firmly against the surface.
- Squeeze the handle completely to drive a staple. Release the handle to reset the mechanism for the next staple.
- Inspect the stapled wire to ensure it is securely fastened without damage to the insulation. The round crown design of T25 staples is intended to secure wires without pinching or cutting.

- Staples not firing or jamming: Ensure you are using genuine Arrow T25 staples. Check if the staple pusher rod is fully engaged. Clear any jammed staples by releasing the pusher rod and removing the staple strip.
- Staples not fully penetrating: Verify that the staple length is appropriate for the material. Apply firm, consistent pressure to the stapler against the surface before squeezing the handle.
- Difficulty squeezing handle: This tool requires a certain amount of force to operate. Ensure your grip is firm and stable. If the issue persists, inspect the internal mechanism for obstructions (only if comfortable and safe to do so, otherwise contact support).
