2. Bắt đầu và thiết lập
2.1 Sạc ban đầu
Before first use, fully charge your OPPO Enco X3s earbuds and charging case.

- The indicator light on the charging case will show charging status. A full charge for earbuds takes approximately 50 minutes, and for the case with earbuds, about 80 minutes.
2.2 Ghép nối với thiết bị của bạn
To connect your earbuds to a new device:

- Press and hold the function button on the charging case until the indicator light flashes white, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and select "OPPO Enco X3s" from the list of available devices.

For optimal sound quality and comfort, choose the ear tips that best fit your ears. Gently insert the earbuds into your ear canals and rotate them until they feel secure and comfortable.

The AI Translate feature acts as your pocket interpreter, bridging language barriers. With quick taps, you can activate real-time translation of conversations between your phone and headphones, useful for navigating foreign places, ordering food, or communicating in various scenarios.

4.1 Vệ sinh tai nghe

- Gently wipe the earbud mesh and charging contacts with a dry cotton swab to remove any earwax or debris.

5.1 Các vấn đề chung
- Tai nghe không ghép nối được: Ensure earbuds are charged, in pairing mode, and within range of your device. Try turning Bluetooth off and on again on your device.
- Không có âm thanh từ một bên tai nghe: Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open and try again. Check if the earbud is properly seated and charged.
- Vấn đề sạc: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected and the charging port is clean. Try a different cable or power adapter.
- ANC không hoạt động hiệu quả: Ensure earbuds are properly seated in your ears with a good seal. Try different sized ear tips.
5.2 Khôi phục cài đặt gốc
If you experience persistent issues, a factory reset may help:
- Place both earbuds into the charging case and keep the lid open.
- Press and hold the function button on the charging case for approximately 15 seconds until the indicator light flashes red three times, then flashes white. This indicates the earbuds have been reset.
- Remove the earbuds from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pair them as a new device.
