4. Thiết lập và lắp ráp

4.1 Lắp ráp

1. Gắn bánh xe: Securely attach the two wheels to the main frame using the provided hardware.
2. Cài đặt Tay cầm: Slide the handle assembly into the designated slots on the main unit and secure it with the locking pins or bolts.
3. Kết nối ống áp suất cao: Connect one end of the high-pressure hose to the pump outlet on the pressure washer and the other end to the spray gun. Ensure connections are tight.

4.2 Nhiên liệu và dầu

The engine is shipped without oil or fuel. You must add both before starting the unit.

• Thêm dầu động cơ: Remove the oil fill cap/dipstick. Add the recommended engine oil (refer to engine manual for type and capacity) until it reaches the full mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill.
• Thêm xăng: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane). Do not overfill. Leave space for fuel expansion.

5. Hướng dẫn vận hành

Thực hiện theo các bước sau để vận hành máy rửa áp lực an toàn và hiệu quả.

5.1 Khởi động động cơ

1. Ensure the water supply is fully on and all air is purged from the system.
2. Bật công tắc động cơ sang vị trí "BẬT".
3. Gạt cần gạt gió về vị trí "CHOKE" (khi động cơ nguội).
4. Move the fuel valve to the "ON" position.
5. Kéo mạnh tay cầm khởi động cho đến khi động cơ khởi động.

5.2 Sử dụng vòi phun

The pressure washer comes with 5 quick-connect nozzles for various applications.

• Vòi phun màu đỏ 0°: Concentrated, high-impact jet for tough stains and hard-to-reach areas. Use with extreme caution.
• Vòi phun màu vàng 15°: Narrow spray for intensive cleaning of small areas.

To change nozzles, pull back the collar on the quick-connect fitting at the end of the wand, insert the desired nozzle, and release the collar. Ensure the nozzle is securely seated before operating.

5.3 Ứng dụng chất tẩy rửa

• Fill the detergent tank with pressure washer safe detergent.
• Attach the black soap nozzle to the spray wand.
• Start the engine and squeeze the trigger. The detergent will be drawn from the tank and mixed with the water at low pressure.
• After applying detergent, switch to a high-pressure nozzle (e.g., 25° or 15°) to rinse the surface thoroughly.

5.4 Tắt máy

1. Tắt công tắc động cơ.
2. Tắt van nhiên liệu.

6. Bảo trì

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your pressure washer. Always disconnect the spark plug wire before performing any maintenance.

6.1 Bảo dưỡng động cơ
