4. Thiết lập
4.1 Giải nén và đặt
- Carefully remove the sewing machine and all accessories from the packaging.

- Ensure there is enough space around the machine for comfortable operation and fabric handling.

- Locate the Power Plug socket on the machine (refer to Figure 3.1).
- Insert the power adapter into the Power Plug socket, then plug the adapter into a suitable electrical outlet (6V, 9W).
- If using the foot pedal, connect it to the Foot Plug socket (refer to Figure 3.1).

- Place a spool of thread on the Wire Rack (refer to Figure 3.1 and 3.2).

- Follow the threading path indicated on the machine, passing through the Clamping Piece and Upper Thread Tightness Adjustment (refer to Figure 3.1).

- Open the Visual Bottom Line Box to access the bobbin case (refer to Figure 3.1).
- Insert the wound bobbin correctly into the bobbin case, ensuring the thread unwinds in the proper direction.
- Close the Visual Bottom Line Box securely.
4.4 Work Area Extension

For sewing larger garments or projects, attach the included extension table to effectively increase your working space. This feature facilitates easier handling of bulky fabrics.
5. Hoạt động

The UFR-608A offers 12 types of stitches, including straight and curved lines. To select a stitch, turn the Stitch Adjustment dial (refer to Figure 3.1) to the desired stitch pattern number.
5.2 Bắt đầu may vá
- Raise the presser foot using the Presser Foot Lever (refer to Figure 3.2).

- Gently press the foot pedal or use the handwheel to start sewing. Guide the fabric smoothly.
5.3 Reverse Stitch Function
To reinforce seams at the beginning and end of your stitching, use the Reverse Stitch lever (refer to Figure 3.1). Hold the lever down to sew backward, then release to continue sewing forward.
5.4 Sewing Thick Fabrics
This machine is designed with a powerful motor capable of sewing through thick materials, such as up to 8 layers of denim. Ensure you use the correct needle type and size for the fabric thickness to prevent needle breakage and ensure smooth stitching.
5.5 Double Needle, Double Thread Sewing

The UFR-608A supports double-needle, double-row sewing, which creates a stronger and more aesthetically pleasing stitch. This is particularly useful for reinforcing trousers or adding decorative edges. Ensure you have a double needle installed and both upper threads are correctly routed.

5.7 Overlocking Function
The machine offers efficient overlocking stitches to prevent fabric edges from fraying. This not only provides a neat finish but also strengthens the edges of your projects.
6. Bảo trì
