To prevent accidental activation during travel, the toothbrush has a lockout function. If the toothbrush is in lockout mode and keeps flashing, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to release the lockout function. Ensure the battery is charged.

6.1 Toothbrush Not Turning On or Flashing

If the toothbrush does not turn on or the indicator lights are flashing, it might be in lockout mode. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to release the lockout function. Ensure the battery is charged.
